CLUSTERS Banoffee Parfait

|200 ml||almond milk|
|2 tbsp||agave syrup|
|1 tsp||coconut oil|
|100 g||CLUSTERS® Coated Granola|
- Start by preparing the date caramel. Remove the date stones, chop and blend the dates with the almond milk, the agave syrup and the coconut oil until smooth.
- Place date mixture in a small pan, add the salt and let stew over a low heat during 5 to 10 minutes. Leave to cool.
- Slice the banana. Mix the yoghourt with the vanilla seeds.
- Make the banoffees. Alternate layers of crunchy CLUSTERS® granola, yoghurts, bananas slices and dates caramel in glass jars.
Decorate the banoffees with some pieces of CLUSTERS® coated granola and banana slices.
