    Gluten-Free Pork Schnitzel

    A little magic in the kitchen - turn your pork chops into pork schnitzels by grilling them in a crispy gluten free coating. Abracadabra!

    Ingredients

    • 1 egg, beaten
    • 2 cups Nestlé® GLUTEN FREE CORN FLAKES cereal, crushed
    • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
    • 0.5 tsp salt (2 g)
    • 450 g pork tenderloin, cut into thin slices (5mm slices)
    • 3 tbsp olive oil (45 ml)
    • Lemon slices

    Instructions

    • In small bowl, place beaten egg. In shallow dish, mix crushed corn flakes, cheese and salt. Dip pork slices into egg, coat with crumb mixture.         
    • In 30cm (12-inch) nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Working in batches, cook pork slices 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until light brown; drain. Serve with lemon slices.
