Chocolate waffles are a tasty way to start your special weekend morning or a showstopper dessert in the evening. Add an extra chocolatey flavour to your waffles with our NESQUIK® chocolate cereal. Ideal for sharing.

## Ingredients
- 100g Nesquik® cereal, blended to a fine powder
- 20g golden caster sugar
- 3 tsp cocoa powder
- 120g wholemeal flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 140g melted buttery baking spread
- 150ml semi-skimmed milk
- 2 egg whites
## Preparation

Add the Nesquik cereal to a high-powered blender and blend to fine powder.

Add the powder to a large bowl with the sugar, cocoa powder, flour and baking powder.

In another bowl, add your egg whites and use an electric hand whisk to whisk the whites to soft peaks.

Add the milk and melted buttery baking spread to the dry ingredients and mix well to combine.

Gently fold through the whisked egg whites with a spatula making sure to thoroughly combine the two mixes.

Grease your waffle iron and cook small ladles of the mixture for 3-4 minutes until fully cooked through.

Serve immediately with fresh fruit and yoghurt.
