For Pistachio Paste
397 g Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk Squeezy
350 g Pistachio
150 g Nestle Country Corn Flakes
30 ml Rose Water
15 ml Blossom Water
For the Topping
397 g Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk Squeezy
170 g Nestle Cream
250 ml Water
30 g Corn Flour
20 ml Blossom Water


For Pistachio Paste:

  1. In a food processor, grind the pistachio & Nestle Country Corn Flakes till rough texture.
  2. Add Nestle sweet condensed milk, Rose Water & Blossom water.
  3. Blend them well till combined and have the paste texture 


For the Topping:

  1. In a pan whisk together Nestle Cream & Nestle Sweet condensed Milk, Water, Corn Flour & Blossom water.
  2. Place on Medium heat and bring to boil.
  3. Keep mixing till it thickens
  4. Transfer to a bowl and set aside to cool down for 2 hours.
  5. Shape the pistachio paste into individual balls.
  6. Top the pistachio balls with the topping mixture using a piping bag.

    Two things to remember: • Look for food labels where the word 'whole' appears in front of the name of the grain, like “whole wheat” or “wholemeal bread”. • For foods with more than one ingredient, make sure whole grain is listed towards the top of the ingredients list.     What should be in a complete breakfast?

    A complete breakfast should include a balance of nutrients from each of the major food groups.
