Ingredients
- 10 dates
- 1/4 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup Fitness Original Cereals
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut flakes
- a pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
- Knead the dates
- Chop the almonds and the Fitness cereals and mix with the dates
- Add the pinch of cinnamon
- Roll the mix into small balls
- Then roll them in the coconut flakes
