Ingredients

  • 10 dates
  • 1/4 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup Fitness Original Cereals
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut flakes
  • a pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Knead the dates
  2. Chop the almonds and the Fitness cereals and mix with the dates
  3. Add the pinch of cinnamon
  4. Roll the mix into small balls
  5. Then roll them in the coconut flakes
