Most of our breakfast cereals don't contain artificial sweeteners. We replace the sugars taken out of our cereals by increasing the amount of whole grains, like wheat and rice. Fitness No Added Sugars Range (Fitness Fiber and Fitness Protein) does contain a sweetener. ### Do Nestlé breakfast cereals contain palm oil? Yes. Some Nestlé Breakfast Cereals only contain a small amount of palm oil, but contribute significantly to the daily intake of saturated fatty acids. All of our breakfast cereals contain less than 5% of saturated fats.
