Oats, apricots, dates and a touch of honey, all together in a recipe that’s perfect for the mid-morning danger zone when you find yourself heading to the snack cupboard. Wave bye to the biscuits, say hello to the healthier choice. There’s also the added bonus of your colleagues asking ‘What’s that?’ when you get back to your desk. Let’s admit it, there’s no greater feeling than replying with ‘Oh, just a little something I made at home’ as you take a bite of the tastiest thing they’ve seen all week.
