## Preparation

Prepare dressing by blending NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, garlic, lemon juice, basil, salt, pepper and sugar until smooth. Set aside in the refrigerator.​



 

 

 





 2.    5min 

 

 

Season chicken with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Coat well with flour, dip in beaten egg and coat with crushed NESTLÉ Gold Corn Flakes . Set aside for 2mins​



 

 

 





 3.    5min 

 

 

Fry chicken in preheated oil over medium high heat until golden brown. Transfer on a cooling rack to drain excess oil. ​



 

 

 





 4.    5min 

 

 

Place lettuce, tomato and cucumber in a large mixing bowl. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. Coat with the dressing.​



 

 

 





 5.    3min 

 

 

Transfer salad on a chilled platter. Top with reserved NESTLÉ Gold Corn Flakes, drizzle more dressing and top with red onion. Serve immediately.​
