# Corn and Salted Caramel Ref Cake

## Ingredients
- 1 box 220g NESTLÉ Gold Honey Flakes, divide into 2 portions
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 pack 250ml NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, chilled
- 1/3 cup 300ml Nestle® Carnation® Condensada
- 1 can cream-style corn, divide into 2 portions
## Preparation
1. 5min
Crush 1 portion of NESTLÉ Gold Honey Flakes and mix with melted butter. Press tightly at the bottom of a serving container. Set aside.
2. 10min
Whip NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream until stiff peaks. Mix in NESTLÉ Carnation Condensada and 1 portion of cream-style corn. Pour into the serving container. Cover and freeze overnight.
3. 5min
To make the caramel sauce, mix butter, brown sugar, NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream and salt in a pan. Cook over low heat while mixing continuously until smooth. Transfer into a serving container and set aside.
4. 5min
Remove ref cake from the freezer. Spread remaining cream-style corn on top and add remaining portion of NESTLÉ Corn Flakes. Serve with Salted Caramel Sauce.
