# Corn Flakes Coated Fish Tacos

## Ingredients
- 1 kg fish fillet, defrost, pat dry and cut into strips
- 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
- ¼ cup all purpose flour
- 3 pcs egg, beaten
- 150g NESTLÉ Gold Corn Flakes, crushed
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 6 pcs small flour tortilla
- 2 tablespoons sliced spring onion
## Preparation
1. 10min
Season fish fillet with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Coat well with flour, dip in beaten egg and coat with NESTLÉ Gold Corn Flakes . Set aside for 2mins. Dip again in egg and coat again with NESTLÉ Gold Corn Flakes.
2. 7min
Fry coated fish fingers in preheated oil 1min per side over medium heat. Transfer into a cooling rack to drain excess oil.
3. 2min
Mix NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and spring onion.
4. 3min
To make salsa, mix corn, tomato, onion, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil.
5. 3min
Assemble tacos with Sour Cream, Corn Flakes Coated Fish Fillet, corn salsa and more Sour Cream. Top with spring onion. Serve immediately.
