# Corn Flakes Crusted Baked Salmon

## Ingredients
- 1 kg salmon, filleted
- 8g MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 125ml NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
- 1 bar melting cheese, grated
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp sliced spring onion
- ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
- 90g NESTLÉ Gold Corn Flakes, crushed
- 1 tbsp dried Italian herb blend
- 2 tbsp minced parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pc lemon, cut into wedges
## Preparation
1. 5min
Season salmon with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Sauté in a pan with oil for 2mins per side. Transfer on a baking tray and set aside.
2. 2min
Mix NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, cheese, garlic, spring onion and pepper. Spread on top of the salmon.
3. 12min
Mix crushed NESTLÉ Gold Corn Flakes with dried Italian herb blend, parsley and olive oil. Lightly press on top of the salmon. Bake in a 350˚F preheated oven for 10mins.
4. 1min
Transfer salmon into a serving platter and serve with lemon wedges.
