## Ingredients

- 150 grams KOKO KRUNCH cereals
- small Swiss
- Acacia honey
- Apricot coulis as an accompaniment
 


 

## Preparation

Pour the petit-suisses into a salad bowl, add the honey and beat with a whisk.

Clean the jars of the petit-suisses.

Pour the crushed KOKO KRUNCH® into the bottom of the jars.

Add the petit-suisse cream.

Tap on the jars to evacuate the air and make the KOKO KRUNCH® stick to the cream.

Place sticks in the center and put the jars in the freezer for 12 hours.

To unmold the ice cream, run a little hot water over the jars and take them out of the jars by pulling on the sticks.

Treat yourself by adding apricot coulis.
