# Pork Cordon Bleu with Creamy Cheese Sauce

## Ingredients
- ½ kg (4pcs) skinless pork loin, pounded to ¼-inch thick
- 1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
- 4 pcs sliced ham
- 1/2 bar melting cheese, sliced into 4pcs
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 3 pcs egg, beaten
- 150g NESTLÉ Gold Corn Flakes, crushed
- 1 cup vegetable oil
## Preparation
1. 10min
Pound to flatten each pork loin lined with plastic wrap. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and set aside.
2. 5min
To make the Creamy Cheese Sauce, mix NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, water, garlic, cheese, MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, nutmeg and half of parsley in a saucepan. Gently simmer while stirring. Set aside.
3. 15min
Place ham and cheese. Roll tightly and secure using the plastic wrap. Place in the freezer for 15mins
4. 10min
Remove plastic wrap from pork loin. Coat well with flour, dip in beaten egg and coat with NESTLÉ Gold Corn Flakes . Set aside for 2mins. Dip again in egg and coat again with NESTLÉ Gold Corn Flakes. . Freeze for 10mins.
5. 10min
Fry breaded pork in preheated oil until golden brown. Transfer on a cooling rack to drain excess oil. Slice into serving pieces, transfer on a serving plate and top with parsley. Serve with Creamy Cheese Sauce.
