Ingredients

100 ml NESTLÉ® GOLD ™ CORN FLAKES, finely crushed
125 g Butter
65 g Icing sugar (sieved)
1 Egg
120 g Plain flour (sieved)
1 drop Food colouring (pink)

Preparation

Mix butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg, flour and NESTLÉ® GOLD™ CORN FLAKES. Mix the mixture well until it forms a soft dough.

Divide the dough into two mixtures. Add 1 drop of pink colouring to one of the mixtures.

Put both mixtures into a piping bag with a 10mm nozzle tip. Pipe the mixture onto the baking tray.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C, for 15 minutes. Put aside and let them cool. Store it in an airtight container.
