Combine Ingredients A and blend to a fine paste.
Set aside. In a frying pan, heat up the oil to medium heat. Gently fry the chili strips from Ingredients C till crispy, dish out and set aside.
Next, in the same oil, add in the blended chili paste and fry till the oil separates. Then, add in Ingredient B, and stir well.
Turn down the fire, toss in NESTLÉ ® GOLD ™ HONEY FLAKES, and stir. Remove from heat and put on a baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 10 minutes.
Once cooled down, toss in the chili strips and lightly crushed dried shrimp.
