# Cheerios® Whole grain Mini Pancakes

If you are settling in for a cozy morning family breakfast-in-pyjamas, why don't you try our golden mini pancakes, made with whole grain Cheerios® and get creative with different toppings. Why not add fresh fruit and low fat yoghurt?

## Ingredients
- 40g CHEERIOS® Multigrain Cereal, very finely crushed
- 150g plain wholegrain flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml semi skimmed milk
- 4.5 grams butter for cooking
## Preparation

Combine all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl

Make a well in the centre and crack both eggs into the centre and use a whisk to combine

Gradually continue to whisk in the milk, until a smooth batter is formed

If you have the time, leave the batter to rest for an hour or so

Heat a little butter in a large non-stick frying pan, and in batches fry small ladles of the batter until golden brown

Serve immediately with your choice of toppings. Why not try fresh fruits and if you like it sweet a little drizzle of maple syrup?
