This promotion is open to Trinidad and Tobago residents aged 18 or over excluding the employees of Nestlé Trinidad and Tobago Limited (“Promoter”) and their immediate families, and the Promoter’s agents, affiliates, associated companies or professional advisers connected to this promotion (“Promotion”).

    2. Purchase of a promotional pack is necessary to enter. Customers must keep their receipt and promotional pack as this may be required when verifying the winner. Promotional packs are subject to availability and only available whilst stocks last.

To participate:  During the Promotion Period purchase a promotional pack of Honey Nut Cheerios Cereal 330 g, Nesquik Cereal 375 g and Trix Cereal 330 g and check inside for the unique 12-digit code (“Promotional Code”).  Go to the website [www.nestle-cereals/JW2] and access the promotion homepage.  Where requested, submit your 12-digit code.  Following your submission, you will receive instant on-screen notification of whether you have won a prize. If you win you will be asked to enter the following details: full name, email address, mobile number, and your win will be confirmed by email within one working day of your win. In order to qualify for the prizes, winners must reside in the same country that they purchased and entered the Promotion.

Main prizes:  1 winner will win a family trip for 4 (2 adults & 2 children) to Waikiki, Hawaii.  Trip includes:  Economy class air tickets for 2 adults & 2 children, from Piarco International Airport to Honolulu International Airport, transfers to hotel, 5 night stay in 4 star accommodation. Winner is responsible for their own visa requirements, travel insurance and meals except as specifically stated. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.     • For the avoidance of doubt, travel insurance, visas and ETSA’s are not included in this prize, it is the winner’s responsibility to arrange all relevant insurance and visas.     How can I find foods made with whole grain?

    Two things to remember: • Look for food labels where the word 'whole' appears in front of the name of the grain, like “whole wheat” or “wholemeal bread”. • For foods with more than one ingredient, make sure whole grain is listed towards the top of the ingredients list. The further up the list it is, the more whole grain has been used in the recipe. And look out for the percentage of whole grain. You should find this in the ingredients list too.

    I’ve heard a low GI diet can help me lose weight. Is this true?

    It’s too early to say. The science in this area is still emerging. There is evidence that low GI foods take longer to digest and help you feel satisfied for longer, but none that you’ll eat fewer calories at the next meal.
