## Ingredients
- 30g CHEERIOS® Multigrain cereal, finely crushed
- 20g buttery baking spread
- 150g low fat greek yoghurt
- 75g whipping cream
- 3 tbsp lemon curd
- 1 cup of red berries to garnish

## Preparation

Melt the buttery spread and combine thoroughly with the crushed CHEERIOS®, then use to line the bottom of two ramekins or small glasses refrigerate while you…

Whip together the low fat greek yoghurt and the whipping cream until light peaks form

Fold through the lemon curd and split the mixture equally between the two glasses, spooning it carefully onto the chilled CHEERIOS® bases

Garnish with a handful of extra CHEERIOS® and a few blueberries or any other berries you may have

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
