If you’re looking for a go-to pancake recipe for family breakfasts, cosy brunches or any occasion, this mini pancake recipe is it. Made with whole grain CHEERIOS®, these mini pancakes serves four, and are great for sharing with a variety of toppings.

## Ingredients
- 40g CHEERIOS® Multigrain Cereal, very finely crushed
- 150g plain wholegrain flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml semi skimmed milk
- 4.5 grams butter for cooking

## Preparation

CHEERIOS Multigrain Cereal 600g
Plain Flour
Baking Powder
Sugar
Combine all of the dry ingredients for your mini pancakes in a large bowl

Egg
Make a well in the centre and crack both eggs into the centre and use a whisk to combine

Gradually continue to whisk in the milk, until a smooth batter is formed

If you have the time, leave the batter to rest for an hour or so

Heat a little butter in a large non-stick frying pan, and in batches fry small ladles of the batter until golden brown

Serve your delicious mini pancakes immediately with your choice of toppings. Why not try fresh fruits and if you like it sweet, a little drizzle of maple syrup?
