These peanut butter and raisin bars made with SHREDDIES® are tasty and easy to make! Whether it’s off to work, to run some errands or to the airport, these bars are for you! A great on the go treat.

## Ingredients

- 100 g brown sugar
- 70 g maple syrup (or honey, or agave syrup)
- 160 g peanut butter
- 240 g Shreddies
- 60 g rolled oats
- 120 g raisins
 


 

## Preparation

 1.    3min 

 

 

Line an 8-inch (20 cm) square pan with non-stick parchment paper leaving an overhang on two sides.

Put Shreddies in a zip lock bag and roll them with a rolling pin to coarsely crush. You should still be able to see bits and pieces, not only crumbs.

In a large bowl mix brown sugar, maple syrup and peanut butter. Microwave on HIGH in 30 seconds intervals for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until bubbly at edge; stir again until well blended.



 

 

 





 4.    2min 

 

 

Stir in Shreddies, oats and raisins. Use wet hands to press the mixture firmly into prepared pan. Cool.



 

 

 





 5.    1min 

 

 

Cut into bars. Store in airtight container.
