## Ingredients

- 100 g Multigrain Cheerios
- 300 g Plain Flour
- 125 g sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 300 g unsweetened apple sauce
- 70 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 egg
 


 

## Preparation

Heat oven to 200° C.

Spray bottoms only of 12 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray.

Crush the CHEERIOS cereal

In large bowl, stir together cereal, flour, sugar, cinnamon and baking powder.

Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened.

Stir in raisins, if desired.
