A festive twist on an Easter classic. Quick to make and great to share, these merrily milky, chocolate coated crispy Shredded Wheat® nests are a great addition for any Christmas party! Why not serve with a topping of seasonal fruits for extra flavour and festive colour?

Ingredients

200 g Milkybar chocolate, broken into pieces
4 large Shredded Wheat Original biscuits (90g), crushed
50 grams seasonal fruits (optional)

Preparation

Melt the chocolate in a small bowl placed over a pan of barely simmering water. Pour the chocolate over the Shredded Wheat and stir well to combine.

Spoon the chocolate Shredded Wheat mix into 16 cupcake cases and press the back of a teaspoon in the centre to create a nest shape.

Add some festive fruits

Serve with some festive fruits and berries.

Place a single piece of Milky Bar chocolate on top. Chill the nests in the fridge for 2 hours until set.
