## Ingredients

- 1 large ripe mango, peeled and deseeded
- 30 g baby spinach leaves, washed and dried
- 400 ml almond milk
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and deseeded
- 2 kiwis, peeled
- 1 lime, juiced
- 60 g Shredded Wheat Bitesize

## Preparation

Cut all the fruit into small chunks and put them in a food blender or smoothie maker.

Add the leaves, the lime juice and the almond milk.

Blend for a minute or so before adding the Shredded Wheat and carry on blending until you have a very smooth texture.

Serve immediately. This smoothie will keep for up to two days if refrigerate.
