This no-nonsense vegan breakfast smoothie, made with SHREDDIES® cereal is quick to make and packed with fresh or frozen berries. A super quick and tasty breakfast on the go.

## Ingredients

- 120 g Shreddies
- 200 g fresh or frozen berries
- 250 ml plant-based milk alternative
- 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
 


 

## Preparation

Add the Shreddies Original, frozen berries, plant-based milk alternative, banana and maple syrup into a blender. Use your favourite combination of berries, fresh or frozen, depending on the season. We recommend a mix of raspberries, blueberries and blackberries.

Cover tightly and blend until smooth.

Divide the smoothie between four glasses. Sprinkle the shredded coconut and some extra berries to serve.
