Gluten-Free Pork Schnitzel
A little magic in the kitchen - turn your pork chops into pork schnitzels by grilling them in a crispy gluten free coating. Abracadabra!

|2||cups NESTLÉ GOFREE Corn Flakes, crushed|
|50 g||grated Parmesan cheese|
|0.5 tsp||salt (2 g)|
|450 g||pork tenderloin, cut into thin slices (5mm slices)|
|3 tbsp||olive oil (45 ml)|
- In small bowl, place beaten egg. In shallow dish, mix crushed corn flakes, cheese and salt. Dip pork slices into egg, coat with crumb mixture.
- In 30cm (12-inch) nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Working in batches, cook pork slices 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until light brown; drain. Serve with lemon slices.
