Shredded Wheat Coconut & Mango smoothie is a delicious way to start your day.

|1||Shredded Wheat Original Large Biscuit|
|1||small mango, stone removed and fruit sliced (about 220g fruit)|
|1||small banana, sliced|
|1 tbsp||ground flaxseed|
|200 ml||coconut water|
|100 ml||low fat natural yoghurt|
|1 tsp||vanilla extract|
- Put three-quarters of the Shredded Wheat in a blender and blend to coarse powder.
- Add the mango, banana, flaxseed, coconut water, yoghurt and vanilla in the blender with the Shredded Wheat and blend until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and sprinkle with the remaining crumbled Shredded Wheat and, if you like, a little cinnamon to top it off.
