|200 g||white milk chocolate, broken into pieces|
|4||Shredded Wheat Original Biscuits (90g), crushed|
|2.5 tbsp||beetroot juice|
|1||small bag of cranberries|
|Cupcake cases (Halloween themed)|
- Melt the white chocolate in a small bowl placed over a pan of barely simmering water. Add the beetroot juice for a blood like appearance. Pour the chocolate over the Shredded Wheat and stir well to combine.
- Spoon the chocolate Shredded Wheat mix into 12 cupcake cases and press the back of a teaspoon in the centre to create a mould. Place 2-4 cranberries into each mould. Chill in the fridge for 2 hrs until set.
