There are many ways to eat NAT Bears! You can SOAK and SPOON or DUNK and CRUNCH!
The cardboard box outer packaging is recyclable. The film packaging wrapping the individual bears is not currently recyclable.
Both flavours contain Whole Grain Oat Flakes & Whole Grain Oat Flour. They may also contain Milk, Soya, Eggs and other Nuts.
Each bear is a 32g portion. One bear per serving is the recommended portion for breakfast.
