These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Participants should retain a copy for their information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, participants confirm that they have read the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. The Promotion is open to all UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), ROI, CI & IoM residents who are aged 18 years or over, except employees and their families of Cereal Partners UK, and its subsidiary companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.

2. The closing date for receipt of applications for a free mini box of sunflower seeds is midnight on 18th April 2022. There are a maximum of 60,000 mini boxes of sunflower seeds available in total across the duration of the promotion. These will be awarded on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis. The limited offer will end at midnight on 18.04.2022, or when all 60,000 mini boxes have been claimed by genuine, unique and valid applicants, whichever is sooner.

3. To claim a free mini box of sunflower seeds, applicants are required to:

  • Purchase a pack of any of the following products: MULTIGRAIN CHEERIOS®, HONEY CHEERIOS®, VANILLA O’S CHEERIOS®. Promotional packs subject to availability, while stocks last.
  • Visit the promotional website at www.nestle-cereals.com/uk/bees
  • Enter the unique code found on the back of special promotional packs along with their full name, address and email address.
  • Upload proof of purchase in the form of a valid till receipt.
  • Applicants should retain their till receipt showing their purchase of the qualifying product in case of any issues arising with their application. 
  • Only valid applications will be accepted if received by no later than 18.04.22. A valid application comprises of a completed, legible, on-line application form, including:
    • Applicant’s full name;
    • A current and valid email address;
    • Applicant’s full postal address where the seeds should be sent;
    • Marketing opt-in - Yes or No – Tick Box
    • An uploaded photo of a valid itemised till receipt showing one promotionally flashed pack of CHEERIOS purchased between the stated promotional dates.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any uploaded till receipts that:
    • Are out of focus/blurry;
    • Do not have the correct product clearly visible;
    • Are old, out of date or fall outside of the stated promotional period;
    • That show store locations in geographical locations outside the stated promotional area;

4. Incomplete applications that do not include the above will be deemed as void and will not be processed.

5. A maximum of one free mini box of sunflower seeds per household/applicant. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be attempting to circumvent this clause by tampering with the operation of the promotion, setting up multiple accounts, using multiple identities or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the terms and conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.

6. Applications will be processed, and seeds dispatched via standard class mail within 28 days of receipt of a valid application to the postal address provided on the original application. Any inaccuracy in the postal details provided may delay or prevent delivery. The Promoter is not liable for such delay or non-delivery. Any items returned to the sender will be considered unwanted. The free seed boxes are as described, however, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative item of equal or greater value up until the stated closing date.

7. In the event of the item failing to arrive within 28 days of the application, applicants may call the Cereal Partner Careline on 00800 0789 0789, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

8. Applications from agents, third parties, organised group or applications automatically generated by computer will not be accepted. No bulk entries permitted.

9. By participating in the promotion, applications agree to be bound by, and are deemed to have read and understood, these terms and conditions.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any applicants or third parties.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify any applications.

12. Participants of the promotion agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion, to void any application, by any participant, who is found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Promotion, or who acts in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the terms and conditions.

13. Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the applications where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. As part of this promotion, if you are not opted-in into our general marketing email, you will still receive emails/messages for this promotion only to let you know if there are any issues arising with your application. 14. No responsibility can be accepted for any applications that cannot be made, are incomplete, corrupted, delayed or are not received for any reason whatsoever. The Promoter cannot assume any responsibility or liability for:

Any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.

  • Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the promotion.
  • Any unauthorised access to the operaation of this promotion.
  • Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet.

15. All normal Internet connection charges associated with the submission of an application to the promotion shall be the entrant’s responsibility.

16. Codes: Codes are case sensitive and must be entered online exactly as they appear in the pack. The use of any promotional codes not intended for use in this Promotion, may result in disqualification and the participant’s application will be declared void.

17. The codes have no value and cannot be transferred or sold.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to verify any application including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a claim where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instruction forming part of this promotion or where abuse is suspected. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions.

19. All applicants will be required to provide a genuine email address that is personal, valid and accessible throughout the promotion. In the event that the specified information is not provided or is incorrect or an alias, the entry may be considered incomplete and therefore the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the entry.

20. In the event of an email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion, the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email address.

21. If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

22. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

23. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the participating country and any disputes as to the meaning of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participants’ local courts.
