Ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cups NESTLÉ GOFREE Corn Flakes, crushed
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.5 tsp salt (2 g)
- 450 g pork tenderloin, cut into thin slices (5mm slices)
- 3 tbsp olive oil (45 ml)
- Lemon slices
Instructions
- In small bowl, place beaten egg. In shallow dish, mix crushed NESTLÉ GOFREE Corn Flakes, cheese and salt. Dip pork slices into egg, coat with crumb mixture.
- In 30cm (12-inch) nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Working in batches, cook pork slices 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until light brown; drain. Serve with lemon slices.
