Ingredients
- 1 Shredded Wheat Original Large Biscuit
- 1 small mango, stone removed and fruit sliced (about 220g fruit)
- 1 small banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 200 ml coconut water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Put three-quarters of the Shredded Wheat in a blender and blend to coarse powder.
- Add the mango, banana, flaxseed, coconut water, yoghurt and vanilla in the blender with the Shredded Wheat and blend until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and sprinkle with the remaining crumbled Shredded Wheat and, if you like, a little cinnamon to top it off.
