How long does the promotion run for?
The Promotion starts at 12:01am AEDT on 27th December 2023 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 6th March 2024.
What is the promotion?
Simply purchase any specially marked participating product for your chance to win a major prize which will consist of a family trip (2 adults and 2 children) to Warner Bros. Movie World Theme Park, Gold Coast, Australia of up to $8,520 (one to be won) or instantly win a $150 DC Merchandise Voucher (400 to be won).
What are the participating products in the promotion?
The promotion is available with the purchase of a specially-marked ‘DC Superhero’ promotional pack of any the following Breakfast Cereals products during the promotion period:

How do I enter the promotion?
To enter the promotion, simply purchase a specially marked participating Nestlé Breakfast Cereal product (listed above). Then go on https://www.nestle-cereals.com/au/dc during the promotional period and follow the prompts on screen to submit your entry into the Instant Win and Major Prize Draw. Receipt required to enter (retain your original receipt).
Do I have to make a purchase to enter?
Yes, you will need to purchase any specially marked participating Nestlé Breakfast cereal packs during promotional period. These packs are specially marked for the promotion and can be found at Coles, Woolworths or Independent stores nationally, during the promotion period.
How many times can I enter?
Multiple entries are permitted, however there is a limit of one entry per transaction (per receipt) regardless of how many participating products are purchased in the same transaction.
Entrants can only win a maximum of one (1) Instant Win Prize (except for SA residents).
How old do I have to be to enter?
You must be 18 years or over to enter the promotion.
As part of the entry, I need to upload a receipt that shows the receipt number, where do I find the receipt number?
The receipt number can be found in different locations depending on the retailer where you purchased your breakfast cereals from. For example, Woolworths has the receipt number down the bottom of the receipt near the payment details listed as 'TRANS' on the receipt. Whereas Coles receipt number is located at the top near the store details as 'Receipt'.
If you have an electronic receipt in pdf format, please save it as an image file so it can be uploaded in the entry form.

What is included in the Major Prize and Instant Win Prize?
The major prize which will consist of a family trip (2 adults and 2 children) to Warner Bros. Movie World Theme Park, Gold Coast, Australia of up to $8,520 (one to be won) or a $150 DC Merchandise Voucher (400 to be won).
Inclusions of the Major prize:
- Two (2) nights’ accommodation at 4-star hotel, Sea World Resort, Main Beach, Gold Coast, QLD. Deluxe Queen Room for 4 people (2 adults, 2 children) with breakfast package included (hot and cold buffet breakfast daily);
- Return economy class airfares for two (2) adults and two (2) children from winners nearest Australian city (dependent on winner’s location)* to the Gold Coast, QLD;
- All airline and airport taxes;
- Return private transfers from Gold Coast airport to accommodation;
- Return private transfers from accommodation to Warner Bros. Movie World;
- Family entry pass to Warner Bros. Movie World for 2 days.
How do I know if I am a winner?
Instant Winners:
Instant Prize Winners will be notified immediately that they are a provisional winner (subject to verification) on screen via the promotion website and via email. Once verified, the winner will also receive an email to their registered email address within five (5) business days.
Major Prize Winners:
Major Prize Winners will be notified via email by 5.00pm AEDT on 13 March 2024.
All winners’ names will be published on www.nestle.com.au/productnews/winners by 5.00pm AEDT on 20 March 2024.
Can I swap the prize?
Prizes are as specified and are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash..
I am a provisional instant prize winner, what are the next steps?
Congratulations on your win! Provisional instant prize winners will be notified immediately on screen via the promotional website. Once your entry has been validated, you will receive an email to your registered email address within 5 business days. If it has been more than 10 working days, please get in contact with us at dcsuperheropromotion@xpobrands.com.au. Alternatively get in contact with Nestle Customer Support via the Contact Us button in the menu.
I am not an instant prize winner, what can I do now?
Sorry that you are not an instant prize winner this time! To try again, simply make a new purchase of any specially marked Nestlé Breakfast cereal packs during the promotional period (a full list of participating products is listed above) and come back to enter again! A quick note: once you have entered with a particular receipt, you cannot use the same receipt to enter again.
How do I claim my prize?
The Major and Instant Prize Winners must claim their prize by 11.59pm AEST on 20 June 2024 by responding to the prize winner confirmation email. If the prize is not claimed by this date the prize will be forfeited and we will determine an alternative winner via an unclaimed prize draw.
