Ingredients
- 50 g FITNESS® Chocolate
- 30 g oatmeal
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 50 g raisins
- 1 apple
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons flour
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
- Without peeling it, grate the apple and squeeze it to take out the juice excess.
- Mash the banana with a fork.
- Stir the apple and the banana with FITNESS® Chocolate, oatmeal, honey, raisins, flour and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Shape flat uniform cookies with a spoon or with bare hands, and place them on a non-stick plate (or covered with baking paper).
- Bake for 35 minutes. Pull out once browned. Cool a bit before enjoying.
