Fitness Chocolate and Fruit Cookies

Naturally delicious apple, banana and raisin cookies mixed with wholegrain goodness from FITNESS flakes for Suhoor or Iftar snack.

Ingredients

  • 50 g FITNESS® Chocolate
  • 30 g oatmeal
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 50 g raisins
  • 1 apple
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
  2. Without peeling it, grate the apple and squeeze it to take out the juice excess.
  3. Mash the banana with a fork.
  4. Stir the apple and the banana with FITNESS® Chocolate, oatmeal, honey, raisins, flour and cinnamon in a bowl.
  5. Shape flat uniform cookies with a spoon or with bare hands, and place them on a non-stick plate (or covered with baking paper).
  6. Bake for 35 minutes. Pull out once browned. Cool a bit before enjoying.
