Details of the prizes

  1. The £/€10,000 donations to the winners’ chosen grassroots football club must be used to support the improvement of facilities or purchase of equipment that enhances training or performance. For example, for use in spending on facilities, such as, but not limited to, upgrading changing rooms, renovating or purchase of sports / fitness equipment, enhancing training, performance development or supporting additional teams within the club.

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify that the £/€10,000 donations money has been spent in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and the winning clubs will be required to agree to an “improvement plan for the donation”.

  1. For the avoidance of doubt a grassroots football club is defined as a formal, organised entity that governs the sport of association football, serving as the overarching structure for a team or multiple teams, players, and supporters, and often representing a community or larger organisation. These entities are distinct from a football "team", which is the specific playing unit. A football club typically manages finances, facilities, and staff, provides structure for play and competition, and is affiliated with governing football associations.

Key elements of the grassroots football club are:

  1. A football club that operates at a non-professional, amateur or community level, rather than at elite or commercial standards or with full-time professionals.

  1. Being a formal legal entity, often with a constitution and a committee or board of directors, rather than just a group of individuals playing a game informally.

  1. Rooted in communities, providing a platform for participation and promoting well-being, and have a membership that can include players, supporters, and volunteers.

  1. Responsible for acquiring and managing grounds and facilities, as well as hiring and managing coaches, managers, and other non-playing staff.

  1. Formally affiliated with local football associations, which regulate their activities and provide access to competitive league structures.

  1. Responsible for managing finances, seeking funding, and ensuring profitability are crucial aspects of a club's operation.

  1. The grassroot winning clubs must meet the criteria and standards to be acceptable as a winner.

  1. If any winning clubs cannot be contacted through the winner, or are not in agreement to use the money for an “improvement plan”, are unable to give correct Club Bank account details, do not meet the definition of a “grassroots football club” or fail to take any other required action to claim the prize within 14 days, then the Promoter reserves the right to offer these prizes to the next eligible entrant, drawn next in line in the relevant draw.

  1. Donation Prizes are strictly non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No alternative prize will be available in whole or in part.

  1. Winners of the Donation Prizes will be contacted to discuss their chosen grassroots football club details. During the confirmation and verification process to ensure acceptability and compliance with the Conditions required, information on the status of the grassroots football club, the potential donation objective, plus the gathering and receiving of the bank details of the grassroots football club will be sought. Information of the winner’s personal bank account, once the club has been verified will also be required for their £/€500 cash prize.

Weekly Draw Prizes:

  1. Each week:

  • 1 x £/€500,

  • 2 x £/€250,

  • 3 x £/€100,

  • 19 x £/€50,

  • and 100x £/€25 cash prizes to be won.

    8 x £/€500, 16 x £/€250, 24 x £/€100, 152 x£/€50 and 800 x £/€25 cash prizes in total.
     Late Entry Draw:

  • 1 x £/€50 cash prize.

  1. No cash alternative will be provided for the Grand Prizes. In the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar Grand Prize, or part of a Grand Prize, of equal or greater value. All prizes are non-transferable.

Winner selection and notification

Grand Prize Draw

All valid entries into the weekly draws will be carried forward to the corresponding Grand Prize Draw (see clause 10 for Grand Prize Draw entry periods).

  1. The first Grand Prize Draw takes place on 04.05.26, the second prize draw takes place on 25.05.26 and the third prize draw will take place on 08.06.26.

  1. For each of the Grand Prize Draws an independently verified and audited computerised random prize draw process will be carried out from all valid entries received for the relevant Grand Prize Draw.

  1. Winners will be contacted on the email address that they used to enter the promotion as soon as possible but within two (2) working days of each draw taking place. Winners will be asked to follow the instructions provided to verify and ensure contact is initiated to allow for action and organisation for the prize to be claimed. Winners will have 14 days from initial notification to provide proof of the purchase and ID including date of birth (driving licence, passport or equivalent form of identification clearly showing the winner’s date of birth) and provide personal details, including home address to verify that the win is genuine and valid to start the Grand Prize fulfilment process. Each Grand Prize Draw winner’s county of residence will be requested for the purpose of the winners list if no objection is received.

  1. In the case that they do not respond in time after being contacted twice, reject the prize or are ineligible, another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat two (2) times. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner including junk and spam folders. If this process is not successful in contacting reserve winners after two (2) reasonable attempts to do so, then any remaining Grand Prizes not won will be declared null and void.

  2. For the donation to be awarded to the winning club, there will be an assessment process for the club to take part in, prior to the transfer of funds. To ensure acceptability and compliance, the following information on the status of the chosen grassroots football club will be required, but not limited to:

  1. Name of the club.

  2. Facilities location.

  3. Administration location.

  4. Affiliated associated league registration details.

  5. Number of years in existence and confirmation of participation in the 2026/27 season.

  6. Clubs’ finances and bank account details.

There will be constant dialogue during this information gathering and verification process to ensure the Promoter is happy with the winner and the winning grassroots club and the conditions.

Subject to the approval of the donation and acceptance of the club a formal written statement will be drawn up and signed with the club, to ensure conditions of the donation are understood and therefore will allow money to be transferred.

If there is any reason to question the proposed chosen grassroots football club, or the intentions of the use of the donation, then the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative chosen club with the winner or a new winner.

Weekly Prize Draw

  1. Each week of the promotion an independently verified and audited computerised random prize draw process will be carried out from all valid entries received between 00:00 - 23:59, Monday to Sunday within the relevant week during the main promotional period.

  1. The eight (8) weekly draws will take place on the Monday following the previous week’s entries as highlighted above.

  1. The first entry drawn will win the £/€500 Cash Prize. The next two (2) entries drawn will each win a £/€250 Cash Prize, followed by the next three (3) entries of £/€100, then the following 19 entries of £/€50 and the final 100 entries of £/€25.

  1. The cash prizes will be supplied as a BACS transfer into each winner’s personal bank account.

  1. Winners of the cash prizes will be verified on the basis of the information provided on entry and then contacted on the email address that they used to enter the promotion within two (2) working days of each draw taking place and will be asked to follow the claim process and securely transfer their bank details to allow for the receiving of the prize. Winners will have 14 days from the initial winner notification email date to claim their prize. There will be a request for further information such as proof of ID including date of birth (driving licence, passport or equivalent form of identification clearly showing the winner’s date of birth) and winner bank details, and if entries are deemed inconsistent, the Promoter reserves the right ask for further details regarding the entry/entries. Any prize left unclaimed after 14 days and 2 attempts to contact the winner will be re-allocated to the Late draw.

  1. If they have won one of the weekly draw prize values previously, the second winning entry for the corresponding amount will be ignored, and a reserve will be drawn using the same methodology as above i.e. next in line in the original draw and will be awarded the prize in line with the same claim process as outlined.

  1. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then after successful contact, gather relevant personal information to allow the fulfilment of the claim and to arrange the bank transfer. Winners should retain their notification email message until their win has been verified and confirmed. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account including Junk and Spam folders during this time in case they are a winner.

  1. Once verified, all winners will receive information to the email used to enter, confirming all the details to allow the BACS transfer to occur. All prizes will be delivered by BACS within 28 days of valid claim and the completion of the verification process.

  1. The process of selecting any winners will follow the guidelines in these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their system connections including email account regularly during this time in case they are a winner including their Junk and Spam folders.

Claim, verification and fulfilment process will follow the weekly draw methodology. Winners should retain their notification email message until their win has been verified. If a winner is ineligible, rejects their prize, or does not claim within 14 days from initial notification and after a reminder email, the prize will be allocated to the next reserve winner, drawn from the Late Entry Prize Draw. The Promoter reserves the right to select a reserve drawn at random in the original draw using the same methodology. This process will repeat twice after which any remaining prizes will be withdrawn from the promotion. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner.
