NESTLÉ® CHEERIOS® Crunchy Lemon Cheesecakes
These little desserts are big on taste and mightily crunchy! And what better way for children to show off their creativity than by making funny faces?
Ingredients
30g CHEERIOS® Multigrain cereal, finely crushed
20g butter
150g low fat or greek yogurt
75g low fat cream
3 tbsp lemon curd
A small handful of blueberries to garnish

Melt the butter and combine thoroughly with the crushed CHEERIOS®, then use to line the bottom of two ramekins or small glasses refrigerate them.

Whip together the low fat or greek yoghurt and the low fat cream until light peaks form.

Fold through the lemon curd and split the mixture equally between the two glasses, spooning it carefully onto the chilled CHEERIOS® bases.
