Ingredients

  • 1 kg large shrimp, peeled, butterflied and deveined
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • 3 pcs eggs, beaten
  • 1 box 150g NESTLÉ Gold Corn Flakes, crushed
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 pc lemon, cut into wedges
  • 1 pack 125ml NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, chilled
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp pickle relish
  • 1 pc red onion, minced
  • ¼ tsp fine salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp minced parsley

Mix crushed NESTLÉ® GOLD Corn Flakes, melted butter, and sugar. Press at the bottom of a serving container.

Whip NESTLÉ® Purpose Cream and NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada until light. Fold in 1 cup cream-style corn and pour into serving container. Cover and freeze overnight. Reserve some of the cream-style corn for topping.

Remove from the freezer and top with remaining cream-style corn and NESTLÉ® GOLD Corn Flakes right before serving.
