Ingredients

  • 1 kg fish fillet, defrost, pat dry and cut into strips​
  • 8g MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 3 pcs egg, beaten​
  • 150g NESTLÉ Gold Corn Flakes, crushed
  • 1 cup vegetable oil

Preparation

Season fish fillet with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Coat well with flour, dip in beaten egg and coat with NESTLÉ Gold Corn Flakes . Set aside for 2mins. Dip again in egg and coat again with NESTLÉ Gold Corn Flakes. ​

Mix NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and spring onion. ​

Fry coated fish fingers in preheated oil 1min per side over medium heat. Transfer into a cooling rack to drain excess oil.​

Transfer Garlic Sour Cream Dip on a serving bowl and serve with Corn Flakes Coated Fish Fingers. ​
