Ingredients

  • 100 g NESTLÉ ® GOLD™ CORN FLAKES, slightly crushed
  • 200 g Flour
  • 50 g Custard Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 250 g Butter
  • 100 g Castor Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Coffee Powder
  • 1 tbsp Hot Water

Preparation

Mix Ingredient A; then add in NESTLÉ ® GOLD™ CORN FLAKES; mix and put aside.

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla essence until fluffy. Add in eggs and the mixture of coffee powder and hot water.

Slowly add in dry ingredients (from Step 1) and mix until dough forms.

Roll the dough out to 0.5 cm and apply with preferred cookie mold. Grease baking tray and place the cookies.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 15-20 minutes or until the cookies are lightly browned. Cool for 20 minutes.

Dip half part of cookies into melted cooking chocolate. Let it form and top it with pistachio.

Put aside and let the cool. Store it in an airtight container.
