Ingredients

  • 100 g NESTLÉ ® GOLD™ CORN FLAKES, slightly crushed
  • 125 g Butter
  • 137 g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 188 g Flour
  • 15 g Cornstarch
  • 20 g Full Cream Milk
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Baking Soda
  • Decor

Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in egg and mix well.

Slowly add in NESTLÉ ® GOLD™ CORN FLAKES and continue mixing till well combined.

Shape one teaspoon of the dough mixture on a greased baking tray. Lightly coat the cookie dough with egg white using a brush and add remaining NESTLÉ ® GOLD™ CORN FLAKES and raisins as topping.

Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 30 minutes or until the cookies are lightly browned. Cool for 20 minutes. Put aside and let it cool.
