Ingredients

  • 200 g NESTLÉ® GOLD™ HONEY FLAKES
  • 40 g Garlic, chopped
  • 40 g Red Onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 60 g Tom Yam Paste
  • ¾ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 4 slices Lime Leaves, one cut
  • 1 cup Anchovies, fried
  • 2 tbsp Sugar

Preparation

Heat up the oil. Add in garlic and red onion, stir-fry until fragrant. Add in tom yam paste and continue frying for 2 minutes.

Add sugar, soy sauce, salt and lime leaves into the tom yam mix.

Mix in NESTLÉ ® GOLD™ HONEY FLAKES and anchovies. Make sure all the NESTLÉ ® GOLD™ HONEY FLAKES and anchovies have been coated with Tom Yam Mix. Remove from heat and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 6 minutes.
