Ingredients

  • 170 g NESTLÉ® GOLD™CORN FLAKES, finely blended
  • 200 g Butter
  • 100 g Castor sugar
  • 3 Egg yolks
  • 100 g Plain flour
  • 55 g Corn flour
  • 2 tsp Pandan essence

Preparation

Using a mixer, cream the butter and sugar together. As the mixture turns into pale yellow, add egg yolks and mix well.

Sift the plain flour and corn flour together into the mixture. Add in the pandan essence and NESTLÉ® GOLD™ CORN FLAKES into the mixture and mix till it forms a soft dough.

Roll the dough into 5mm thickness. Using a flower shaped cookie cutter, cut the dough accordingly.

GULA MELAKA ONDE ONDE JAM

Grate gula melaka into a bowl.

Mix the desiccated coconut with the grated gula melaka and using your hand form a gula melaka ball.

Place the gula melaka balls on top of the biscuit and sprinkle some desiccated coconut.
