Ingredients

  • ½ kg boneless and skinless chicken thigh, cut into 1½-inch pieces
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • 3 pcs eggs, beaten
  • 1 box 150g NESTLÉ Gold Corn Flakes, crushed
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 pack 125ml NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, chilled
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pc red onion, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp fine salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp minced parsley

Season chicken with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and pepper.

Coat well with flour, dip in beaten egg and coat with NESTLÉ Gold Corn Flakes . Set aside for 2mins. Dip again in egg and coat again with NESTLÉ Gold Corn Flakes.

Season chicken with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and pepper.

Pan fry chicken in preheated oil until golden brown. Set aside to drain excess oil.

To make sauce, mix NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, garlic, onion, lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar and parsley. Transfer into a serving bowl. Serve with Corn Flake Crusted Chicken Nuggets.
