- 1 teaspoon MAGGI® Cukup Rasa
- ¼ cup Greek Plain Yogurt
- 1 cup Nestlé® GOLD™ Cornflakes, dikisar kasar
- 4 tablespoons minyak masak, untuk menggoreng

- 1 slices tomato, dihiris
- 2 pinch daun ketumbar, dihiris
- ½ teaspoon MAGGI® Cukup Rasa
- 2 tablespoons jus lemon
- 5 slices oti tortilla
- 5 slices salad
- 1 slices tomato, dihiris
- 1 slices timun, dihiris
- 5 tablespoons MAGGI® Sos Cili (optional)
Instructions
- Gaulkan serbuk kari, MAGGI® Sambal Tumis, MAGGI® Cukup Rasa dan greek yogurt sehingga sebati. Perapkan pada isi ayam selama 30 min.
- Salutkan isi ayam dengan Nestlé® GOLD™ Cornflakes. Panaskan minyak masak, goreng sehingga garing. Ketepikan.
- Gaulkan hirisan bawang besar, hirisan tomato, hirisan daun ketumbar, MAGGI® Cukup Rasa dan jus lemon sehingga sebati.
- Susun daun dalad, hirisan tomato dan timun di atas roti tortilla. Letakkan ayam yang telah digoreng. Letakkan salsa dan balut kemas.
- Bakar diatas kuali leper. Sedia untuk dinikmati Bersama MAGGI® Sos Cili.

The serving sizes mentioned on breakfast cereals can slightly differ, mainly due to differences in product density. No. Even though some foods made with whole grain have a high GI, you can still benefit by including them in a healthy, balanced diet. Eating lots of whole grain can be good for the heart, even if the GI of the food is high. The whole population can benefit from eating more whole grain; the effect of low GI foods is still not clear.
