Ingredients

Gulungan Tepung Beras: - 60 g tepung beras
- 30 g tepung Kanji
- 20 g tepung Ubi
- ½ tablespoon Maggi® Cukup Rasa
- 1 ½ teaspoon air
- 12 slices daun bawang, dihiris
- 2 tablespoons minyak masak

Sos kicap: - 1 cup air
- 1 tablespoon Maggi® Sos Tiram
- 1 ½ tablespoon kicap cair
- ½ tablespoon kicap pekat
- 1 teaspoon tepung jagung, dilarutkan dengan sedikit air
- ½ teaspoon gula

Sampingan: - ¼ cups Nestlé® GOLD™ Cornflakes, dihancurkan
Instructions
- Gaulkan tepung beras, tepung kanji, tepung ubi dan Maggi® Cukup Rasa di dalam mangkuk bersama air. Ketepikan.
- Sediakan pengukus. Sapukan minyak masak pada dulang dan tuangkan satu senduk bancuhan tepung.
- Letakkan isi udang dan daun bawang. Kukus selama 2 minit. Taburkan Nestlé® GOLD™ Cornflakes dan gulung dengan kemas. Angkat dari pengukus dan letakkan diatas pinggan. Ulang untuk semua bancuhan.
- Untuk membuat sos, didihkan air. Masukkan Maggi® Sos Tiram, kicap cair, kicap pekat, Maggi® Cukup Rasa dan gula. Gaul rata dan masak sehingga sedikit pekat. Ketepikan.
- Untuk menghidang, letakkan gulungan tepung beras di atas pinggan, tuangkan sos kicap. Taburkan bijan dan Nestlé® GOLD™ Cornflakes.

The serving sizes mentioned on breakfast cereals can slightly differ, mainly due to differences in product density. No. Even though some foods made with whole grain have a high GI, you can still benefit by including them in a healthy, balanced diet. Eating lots of whole grain can be good for the heart, even if the GI of the food is high. The whole population can benefit from eating more whole grain; the effect of low GI foods is still not clear.
