Pecan Cornflake Crunch Granola

A crunchy gluten-free granola made with oats, cornflakes, seeds, pecans and desiccated coconut bound by a flaxseed-chia gel and lightly flavored with vanilla and cinnamon. The granola is baked in loose clumps until crisp, then mixed with cornflakes after cooling for extra crunch.
