    CLUSTERS Banoffee Parfait

    • 200 g dates
    • 200 ml almond milk
    • 2 tbsp agave syrup
    • 1 tsp coconut oil
    • 1 pinch salt
    • 2 bananas
    • 4 greek yogurts
    • 1 vanilla pod
    • 100 g CLUSTERS® Coated Granola


    1. Start by preparing the date caramel. Remove the date stones, chop and blend the dates with the almond milk, the agave syrup and the coconut oil until smooth.
    2. Place date mixture in a small pan, add the salt and let stew over a low heat during 5 to 10 minutes. Leave to cool.
    3. Slice the banana. Mix the yoghourt with the vanilla seeds.
    4. Make the banoffees. Alternate layers of crunchy CLUSTERS® granola, yoghurts, bananas slices and dates caramel in glass jars.

    Decorate the banoffees with some pieces of CLUSTERS® coated granola and banana slices.
