These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Participants should retain a copy for their information.
The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, participants confirm that they have read the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Open to UK, CI, IoM, and ROI residents, aged 18 and over who are currently opted into the Cereal Partners UK Better Breakfast Club database. Excludes employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
2. No purchase necessary. Participants will be invited to enter the Prize Draw via an e-mail sent by Cereal Partners UK on 22.07.25.
3. All entries must be completed by 23:59 on 05.08.25. All those who complete a valid entry including their full name and email address via the link within the stated dates will be included in the prize draw. In the event of an email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion, the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email address. All entries will have the same chance of winning. Maximum of one (1) entry per participant.
4. No responsibility will be accepted for entries which are incomplete, incorrectly completed, not received for whatever reason or for any technical or other error that may arise with any entry.
5. There is one (1) prize available to be won in total consisting of:
• One (1) VIRGIN EXPERIENCE DAY e-gift card/voucher worth £250. The e-gift card/voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue and subject to the issuer’s own terms of use, which can be found at https://www.virginexperiencedays.co.uk/terms-and-conditions. The voucher will be valid for use on all Virgin Experience Day experiences in full or part payment. The prize must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winner only. The voucher supplier is in no way associated with, or sponsors of, this promotion.
• Virgin Experience Days are subject to availability. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any changes in the experiences, venues or locations, which is outside of its control. Some age/height/weight restrictions may apply. The winner is responsible for checking all details prior to booking their chosen experience(s). The prize consists of a VIRGIN EXPERIENCE DAY e-gift card/voucher only and does not include travel or any other expenses. The winner is responsible for any additional costs incurred in taking up the prize/using the e-gift card/voucher.
• Prize(s) are non- transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prize for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prize cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, voucher or discount.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize, in whole or part, of equal or greater value.
• Any images are for illustrative purposes only.
• The winner will be drawn at random by an independent third party and undergo a full verification process.
• No cash or other alternative will be available in lieu of the stated prize except in the event of circumstances beyond its control, the Promoters reserves the right to offer an alternative prize, in whole or part, of equal or greater value.
6. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be attempting to tamper with the operation of the voting process or prize draw by setting up multiple accounts, using multiple identities or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive. Entries (bulk or otherwise) from the trade, agencies or third parties, or automated entries, are not permitted and will be disqualified.
7. The winner will be drawn at random by an independently verified computer programme from all valid and genuine entries received by 23:59 on 05.08.25. The prize draw will take place within seven (7) standard working days of the closing date.
8. The winner will be notified via email within 14 days of the draw date using the email address included in their original entry. If the winner cannot be contacted after 14 days and three attempts of original notification, or is unable to take the prize, they shall loss their prize entitlement and their prize will be awarded to a reserve winner selected at the time of the initial prize allocation. The voucher prizes will be sent by email within 28 days of confirmation of the winner’s email address.
The prizes are not transferable, are as stated, and no cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes, in part or whole, should any of the stated items become unavailable for any reason, with an alternative of equal or greater value.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winner/reserves including, but not limited to, any entrant’s identity, and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement or refuse further participation in the promotion where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements, or otherwise where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the promotion, or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding.
10. By taking part in the promotion, the prize winner agrees that the Promoter may contact them to ask for their consent as to whether they want to participate in reasonable marketing activities and publicity relating to the promotion. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrants’ name and/or if consent given, image or statements made by entrants concerning the promotion and/or prize obtained as part of the promotion. The winner is not obliged to agree to any such request.
11. Winner’s List: Subject to the Promoter’s which can be seen at https://www.nestle-cereals.com/uk/privacy-policy, the surname and county of the verified winner will be available upon request by sending an email to: consumer.services@uk.nestle.com with the subject line ‘WINNER’S LIST: NESTLÉ CEREALS SHREDDED WHEAT VIRGIN EXPERIENCE DAYS CRM PRIZE DRAW’ for a period of three (3) months following the end of the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. When contacting this email address, your request will be actioned in line with Nestlé Cereals Privacy Policy. If the winner objects to their information being published, they can contact the Promoter by emailing UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com with the subject line ‘WINNER’S LIST: NESTLÉ CEREALS SHREDDED WHEAT VIRGIN EXPERIENCE DAYS CRM PRIZE DRAW’. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
12. Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent/you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. As part of this promotion, if a winner has not opted-in into our general marketing email, they may still receive emails for this promotion only to let them know if they have won and to make arrangements for the delivery of their prize. The surname and county of the verified winner will be made available as set out in the clause above, and the winner can object to this by emailing UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. 13. Limitations of Liability: Neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:

• Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction, or alteration of any entries/data at any point in the operation of this promotion. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of this Promotion.
• Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof.
• Regretfully, the Promoter cannot be held liable for system failures on the website.
14. Conduct of Entry: Entrants of the Promotion agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to remove any entry by an individual found to be tampering with the operation of the promotion, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
15. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
16. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
17. The promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the participating country but any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participant’s local courts.
18. All normal internet connection charges associated with the submission of an entry to the promotion shall be the entrant’s responsibility.
19. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
