How do I enter the promotion?
To enter the promotion, simply purchase a qualifying pack of Nestlé Cereal, find the unique 8-digit code printed on the back of your pack under the “HOW TO ENTER” section. Then visit www.nestle-cereals.com/uk/superman and enter your full name, county of residence and email address. Upload proof of purchase dated within the promotional period and submit your entry.
How often can I enter and how many times could I win?
Maximum 1 entry/person/week in the main promotional period and maximum 1 entry/person during late entry period. Maximum 1 win of each of the prize types/person throughout the promotion. There will be one late entry prize draw from all valid entries received through the late entry promotional period 00:00 18.08.25 to 23:59 14.10.25. This final late entry prize draw from all valid promotional entries will take place within two working days of the specified closing date.
Do I have to make a purchase to enter?
Yes, you will need to purchase a pack of qualifying Nestlé Cereal and provide proof of purchase when entering the promotion. Participating products can be identified with the promotional flash detailed on pack and can be found at most major retailers during the promotion period.
How will I know if I am a winner?
If you are a winner of a cash prize in each week’s main prize draw or a winner of a family holidays in one of the two grand prize draws, then we will contact you by email within two (2) working days following the draw to let you know if you have won one of these prizes.
If you are a winner in the late prize draw will be notified, by email, within two (2) working days of the relevant prize draw taking place if they are a winner.
Is there an age restriction to enter the promotion?
Yes, you must be over 18 years old to enter the promotion.
Can I participate if I don't live in the country where the promotion is taking place?
This promotion is open to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents.

Do I need to keep my receipt?
Yes, you must retain your receipt to verify your purchase. If you are a potential winner, you may be asked to provide this as proof of eligibility, before the prize is officially awarded.
I think I might have entered the wrong email address when entering my details. What should I do?
If you have specified information that is incorrect, the entry may be considered incomplete and therefore the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the entry.
Can I cancel my prize once I’ve claimed?
No, once prizes have been claimed they cannot be cancelled.

Can I swap the prize?
All prizes are non-transferable. Grand Prizes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable and cannot be sold or auctioned.
I have won a family holiday and/or cash prize in the main promotional period or a cash prize in the late draw promotional period, what are the next steps?
Firstly, congratulations on your potential win. Once verified, a member of the Nestlé team will be in contact with you within two (2) working days to organise your prize delivery. If it has been more than 10 working days, please get in contact with us. To do so, please use the Contact Us button in the "Know more" menu. The winner will have 14 working days to accept their prize in writing, otherwise the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to the next eligible entrant selected from the valid entries that were received before the closing deadline.
