Fitness Banana Strawberry Sorbet

Fresh and fruity ice-cream. Frozen banana mixed with basil and baby spinach and lime, layered with strawberry and banana ice-cream with a crunchy layer of FITNESS flakes

Ingredients

  • 50 g FITNESS® Original
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 150 g strawberries
  • 1 handful basil leaves
  • 1 lime
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Blend one of the frozen bananas with the basil, baby spinach and lime juice.
  • Taste and add a bit of honey if necessary.
  • Pour into 2 glasses.
  • Add a layer of FITNESS® Original cereal flakes.
  • Blend the other frozen banana with the strawberries and add to the glasses.
  • Add some more FITNESS® Original cereal flakes for decoration.
  • Top with strawberries and basil leaves and enjoy!
