Ingredients

  • 50 grams Curiously Cinnamon Cereal
  • 200 grams Carnation Condensed Milk
  • 600ml Whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Preparation

Add the cereal to a large bowl and pour over the cream. Let this sit at room temperature for 20 minutes to allow the cereal flavours to infuse into the cream. Be careful not to leave it too long as the cereal will soak up the cream!

Pass the cream through a sieve to remove the cereal. Gently push the cereal down with the back of a spoon to make sure you get all those flavours out.

Whisk the cream until it reaches soft peaks, then add the condensed milk and vanilla and beat again to soft peaks.

240min

Decant into your container, sprinkle with the remaining cereal and pop in the freezer for 3-4 hours until completely set.
